You can decode a limited number of documents and try core features. Expert review credits are not included on Free.
A credit lets you send one document for a written review by a licensed specialist. The reply is delivered in-app, with a plain-language summary and a step-by-step checklist.
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours. You receive a written explanation, identified risks, and actions. Up to two short follow-up clarifications are included. No calls; for regulated personal advice we route you to a licensed advisor.
Unused monthly credits roll over for 1 month (then expire). You can purchase extra credits anytime or use pay-as-you-go packs.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available). VAT is applied if required by your country. Invoices and receipts are available in your billing portal.
You can cancel anytime in Account → Billing; access stays active until the end of the period. We offer a 14-day refund window on new annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
You buy a one-time pack of decoding credits (no auto-renewal). Unused credits do not expire. Expert Review credits are sold separately unless stated.
