AI-based preliminary analysis is free of charge. Payment is required only when you choose to request a written opinion from a verified independent expert. You will always see the applicable fee before confirming your request, and no recurring or automatic charges apply.
Refund Policy
Because expert opinions are personalised digital services that begin immediately after your confirmation, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the expert has started working on your case. Refunds may be issued only in exceptional situations such as technical errors or non-delivery, at our discretion.
3. Nature of Advice
AI-generated outputs provided by Richys are general, automated assessments and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, immigration, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.
Written conclusions prepared by verified independent experts are professional opinions provided by those experts in their capacity as independent contractors. Richys is not a law, tax, or accounting firm and does not itself provide regulated advice. The expert is solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of the expert opinion they deliver.
Richys does not provide personalised legal services and does not perform any activity reserved for regulated legal professions under applicable national laws, including the monopoly on legal advice and the drafting of legal acts established by the French Law of 31 December 1971. Any regulated services, where applicable, are provided exclusively by the independent expert in accordance with the professional rules governing their practice. 5. Cancellation
Since Richys does not operate on a subscription model, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time. Paid expert opinions cannot be cancelled once the expert has begun working on your case.
